Hi Tim,

A few short patches.

[PATCH 1/3] pre_deploy: remove code that refers to the build_failed
This is a resend since the last one didn't get into your tree.

[PATCH 2/3] openssl: remove from testplan_docker because it fails
OpenSSL fails on docker but I remember it was working on a Zynq
board. I need to double check that but for now I removed it from
testplan_docker to avoid confusion.

[PATCH 3/3] Java: fix bugs and add to testplan_docker
I hadn't checked this test (tests in testplan_docker are the ones
that I have normally checked) and found a few small bugs. Now
it's working on docker.
