[Fuego] Some patches were too big for the ML

Hi,

I have made a pull request for other patches because those were too big to send.

The patches below require this pull request.

-    [PATCH 3/6] commonAPI_Dbus: using common script to generate dbus test program

-    [PATCH 4/6] commonAPI_SomeIp: using common script to generate someip test program

-    [PATCH 5/6] commonAPI_C++: using common script to generate commonapi c++ test

Any opinion or advice will be appreciated.
