Sorry I didn't get to this.  But you had a pull request for
LTP network stuff, including 
customizable configuraionts, pre-configs for smack and network tests,
time stamps, and other items.

I thought you said you were going to re-work this patch set based on
the recent update by Daniel.

Can you confirm that the submission on 2/16 is no longer active?

I didn't ever get around to reviewing it - so I apologize for that.
