[Fuego] problem with Functional.rpm test

Zheng,

I get the following error running the rpm_02.sh testcase on a few
of my machines.

Here is the error from the test log:

Can you please check in to this?  If needed, let me know and I can add
some additional diagnostics to see what the problem is.
