[Fuego] Issue regarding Functional.hello_world

Hi Tim,
The issue regarding Functional.hello_world has been resolved.
The issue was due to absence of aarch64 binary support on rpi board.
We have fixed this issue by adding concerned libraries to the rpi board.
This has been verified with multiple tests both locally and through fserver.
Please find a copy of log messages generated while running
Functional.hello_world.
