Note: the ksummit-2013-discuss list is not a closed list.  Anyone can
subscribe to it.  For spam control (I've already had to discard
several spam messages and the list has only been in existence for a
short while) the first time a non-subscriber tries to send e-mail to
the list your message will be held for moderation.  Once we know
you're not a spammer, we'll add you to the accepts list and further
e-mails from you as will not be held for moderation.  (Or you can just
subscribe yourself to the ksummit-2013-discuss mailing list.)
