My interest in this topic is inversely proportional in my interest in beer 
(which, despite my Belgian origins, is close to zero). If this becomes a 
hallway track we could more easily extend the scope beyond the Linux kernel 
and discuss how to recruit more developers for open-source development in 
general (hopefully some of them will make the insane^Wright choice of hacking 
the Linux kernel).
