Using $rawline would also change comments and that seems wrong.
Any reason to use $rawline instead of $line?

I looks it would be useful to add
					$fixed[$fixlinenr] =~ s/\}\Q$replace\E/} $replace/;
so there's a space added between } and any replacements.
