[llvmlinux] Project status updates on the website

In preparation for LinuxCon and Linux Plumbers Conference next week, 
there was an effort to bolster the visibility of the project's status.

To that end, I've added a few things to the front page of the wiki:
     - Current BuildBot status
     - Roadmap status
     - Bug status
     - (Latest LTP test results status is still a work in progress)

The Bug and Roadmap pages are now maintained using a rather enhanced 
version of TODOListProgressBar Mediawiki extension. It's all based on 
pretty straight forward tag markup. Each item has a status, a place to 
list who is assigned to a bug or todo item (self service). There is also 
a place to put external bug numbers with auto linking to the LLVM and 
kernel bugzilla system.
