[llvmlinux] Try build lasted clang with debug flags

Hi Renato,

In Release version you will not have a problem by now because we froze the
Clang/LLVM branch.
In Debug version I don't know but probably you will have problems even in
the frozen version.

To use the unfrozen version try origin/jansimon branch.
