This appears to be the LLVM commit which is causing our build breakage on vexpress. I've locked in the use of the previous commit for LLVM until a proper fix is found.

    Dwarf: support for LTO where a single object file can have multiple line tables

    We generate one line table for each compilation unit in the object file.
