[llvmlinux] x86_64: Patches in the series files?

The 64-bit-ABI patch I believe has been invalidated by the support for 64
bit types in the trunk. The patch is still there until we verify that the
64-bit types are working on ARM on the trunk.
The pending patch was from an LLVM bug report and was pulled in to help fix
the clang semantics for cc-option handling in the kbuild scripts but did
not seem to have the desired effect so I pulled it out. I left the patch
there for reference as to where the code was to set the criticality of
warnings and bugs.
