NOTE-0: Rework and include Linux v3.10.1 patch.

NOTE-1: Ships reduced/localmodconfig-ed special "dileks" kernel-config.

NOTE-2: AFAICS, ftrace (at all) / tracing support should be disabled
(pageexec did not reply to my questions).

NOTE-3: It has not the/my idea of a unique handling of "working"
kernel-config files (placing any kernel-config files to
"targets/$arch/configs/" directory).

NOTE-4: It has not the/my idea of a unique handling of checkpoints.
