              #

Behan has been asked to give the LLVMLinux talk again
                this year.

      o

        Bug tracker

          +

The Linux Foundation admins have given us a section in their
bug tracker for us to use. Behan is the admin. He will add
in the long term problem bugs for patches which have no
            clear solutions.

          +

            https://bugs.linuxfoundation.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=LLVMLinux

          +

Meant to be used to track the more difficult bugs so we can
involve subject matter experts and record status and
            potential fixes in one place.

          +

Simple bugs/patches can just be upstreamed

      o

        Kernel patches

          +

ARM Named register patches now accepted by RMK

          +

Still investigating/commenting all the new patches since
            Linaro Connect

          +

The plan is to be below 30 patches by the end of the year
(so half of the current number above)

          +

PPC64 support was recently tried since 3.18 merge window.
Fixes from that attempt have now been upstreamed.

          +

Vinícius found a new VLAIS issue in the Xen code

          +

Raspberry Pi is working with LLVMLinux

      o

        LLVM

          +

Ubuntu packages for clang/llvm 3.6 are being regularly
            updated now

      o

        Buildbots

          +

            builds are all green

          +

Jan-Simon and Behan are wondering about using Jenkins
without the build system to more accurately test the
building of the kernel outside the LLVMLinux build system.
Jenkins has better post build tools for statistics and such
            as well.

          +

Vinícius and Behan have also been discussing rebuilding the
LLVM website as a wordpress site (but Behan is waiting for
after the merge window to work on it)

      o

        aarch64

          +

We should investigate whether AARCH64 inline ASM uses UAL
which would allow us to use the Integrated-Assembler

  *
