[llvmlinux] Proposal for new naming convention to targets

I am only suggesting "vendor"/"flavor"/"subsystem" is because normally AOSP
uses one kernel, Cyanogenmod uses another, Linaro uses another and by my
experiences the patches do not apply in this case.

It may happen with Yocto too.
