[llvmlinux] compile linux kernel for ARM with Clang-3.6

Using Outlook so forgive my top posting.

I worked on getting the Nexus4 building again on the weekend. I didn't quite finish but it is close. I should be able to finish it tonight. The patches for the Nexus5 should be very similar and my changes upgrade the repository to the lollipop branch.

For N5 you are using https://android.googlesource.com/ right?
