[llvmlinux] [PATCH] [mips] Add targets needed for buildbot boot+poweroff test.

The automatic poweroff has been implemented by adding an additional
init script which executes poweroff if the kernel command line contains
'POWEROFF'. This init script is installed in the initramfs.

The Malta builder is up and running but currently doesn't attempt to boot
the kernel like the vexpress target does. This patch adds the necessary targets
to enable this testing.
