[llvmlinux] GSoC week 6

I think the new code is almost ready.  I changed github to have one
repository that holds the llvm, clang, and clang tools, now at
https://github.com/andrewmw94/llvm_clang.  Both repositories are slightly
outdated (I haven't been updating while I develop) so I will need to
address that before trying to submit patches.  The instructions in the
google doc have been updated to reflect the changes and should allow anyone
to replicate my results.
