SND_PCM_IOPLUG_VERSION* constants (concerning 'Protocol version', according to
alsa docs) cause some problems with devchk now; it seems that at least
SND_PCM_IOPLUG_VERSION_MINOR has different versions in some distros, so we
can't give some reasonable value to it in our headers. Without this constant
the others make almost no sense. We suggest to exclude them:
