These are exact tests that have this problem:

/tset/LSB.os/procprim/exec_A/T.execl_A 1
/tset/LSB.os/procprim/exec_A/T.execle_A 1
/tset/LSB.os/procprim/exec_A/T.execlp_A 1
/tset/LSB.os/procprim/exec_A/T.execv_A 1
/tset/LSB.os/procprim/exec_A/T.execve_A 1
/tset/LSB.os/procprim/exec_A/T.execvp_A 1

The problem was observed on various alpha- and beta- versions of openSUSE 11
and SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP2.
