Pushed to pqm and accepted (with a release bump)
Test 9 returns UNTESTED
For test 13, I wasn't able to do the suggested warning, as the test sends 9
different print jobs with different options and then finally tests the result.
The test doesn't seem to be really mapped to specific spec requirements. I just
commented out the job with the "--user" option and added a infoline note
referencing this bug.

Also changed all the FIXME infoline entries to point to spec references. (in
foomatic-rip and gs tests).
