The final version of png_h.inc was incorporated in the latest ISP RAS
changeset. As far as I can see, png_version doesn't introduce any problems with
cc any more, so no manual fixes are required

I guess all remaining issues with devchk builds should be fixed by patches from
the bug #2625, and I guess devchk can be now compiled without hand edits.

So I suggest to close this bug and to handle remaining issues in the bug #2625.
