SQL to add XtEventRec typedef for EventI.h

Well, actually most of EventI.h contents are declarations of functions not
included in LSB.

The only reasonable addition (to my mind) is XtEventRec typedef - we already
have struct _XtEventRec, why to omit a typedef to it?

The SQL attached will take care of this.
