additional checks for olver report generation

Strange results. The catch phrase "Couldn't generate report" should occur if
only there is no ending tag in res.xml.

There is modified olver_report file with some additional checks in attachment.
Copy it to /opt/lsb/test/olver-core/bin
make it executable
set REPORT_DIR variable to <YOUR_DIR_WITH_TRACES> i.e.
export REPORT_DIR=<YOUR_DIR_WITH_TRACES>
and run ./olver_report

If everything goes well, try to run dist-checker again.
You can comment out (with #) or remove scenarios from
/opt/lsb/test/olver-core/bin/testplan to shorten execution time
