Three things need to exist for something to be included in the LSB

	1) A Specification
	2) A Sample Implementation
	3) A Test Suite

Typically, #2 exists, sometimes #1 exists, and rarely does #3 exists. The LSB
is busy trying to catch up on these three things for what is already included.
Adding the desktop environments would only delay things.
