Todd Hollenshead made some very interesting posts on Quake 3 World about
Quake 3 on Linux. Calling the sales "disappointing" and saying the
support was a "nightmare" due to the "multiple versions and everchanging
kernels", he said there will not be a retail version of Q3 Team
Arena. One thing I found especially interesting was that he said
"retailers don't want it". Not good news for the Linux shrink-wrap
software movement."
