One of the things the stub libraries does, is catches references to non-LSB
function at build-time, instead of later when running lsbappchk. It is
considered a good thing to detect errors as far upstream in the process
as possible, and the stub libs helps with this.

The headers are generated from the DB anyway, so this extra stuff could
be geenrated as well.
