Hi all,
My apologies, in my search for answer, I may have confuse some readers.
For the benefits of all, please allow me to put everything into
perspective.

LI18NUX was originated from openi18n 1.2 specification and was merged
into LSB1.3 and LSB2.0. openi18n 1.3 specification is an extension to
openi18n 1.2. Hence, LSB certification is a prerequisite to openi18n 1.3
specification conformance test.

A bug has been created to propose an additional section to be included
in the LSB3.0 specification highlighting the Relationship of LSB to
openi18n.

My thanks goes to Matt and Mats for guiding me along over the past few
days.

Cheers,
Lawrence
