[lsb-discuss] facing problem for lsb3.1

I want to test my debian based distro fro lsb3.1.
 
 I have downloaded lsb related packages from http://www.freestandards.org/`licquia/dcc 
 
 I am not able to install lsb-desktop package which in turn stops lsb_3.1 to get installed.
 
 the error i am getting is
 
 dpkg -i lsb-desktop_3.1-1.dcc.3_i386.deb
 (Reading database ... 72489 files and directories currently installed.)

  dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
 Errors were encountered while processing:
  lsb-desktop
 
 
 How to solve this problem?
