Those packages have dependencies that are unfulfilled. apt is the tool that
takes care of automatically fulfilling dependencies for you. So after
installing those, run 'apt-get upgrade' and it will pull in the
dependencies.
Maybe Jeff could make his DCC stuff a proper apt repository so that in the
future people can just point apt at it and apt-get install what they want
and it will all just work?
