solve these issues, the spec file should be scanned before giving it to
the "rpmbuild" tool for the specific tags and in case they are present
and valid, then the packaging has to stopped specifying the use of that
particular feature is not supported.

further, I'm not sure about the capability of alien to convert
scripts not using the default interpreter, someone else will
have to advise about that.
