Bugzilla generally uses the product field to separate projects.  I  
can't quite understand why adding FHS as a project would overly  
clutter the database, since you can do advanced searches excluding  
products if you want to, and you can save those searches.

As an example, Mozilla has Firefox and Thunderbird as separate  
projects in the same Bugzilla database.

If it feeds into a given LSB release, I'd rather see all the projects  
tracked in a single Bugzilla.  But, I'm not responsible for managing  
it like Mats is, so perhaps he can elaborate on his views.
