Don't put a wagon ahead of horse.

They are not building binary packages, because all Linuxes are different,
and building for one distro, doesn't means it will work on another one.

A Lot of project have Windows binaries. Why?
Because there are few Windows versions that are compatible with each other.

The same projects who build Windows binaries will start building Linux
binaries for LSB, if we push harder...

Also, distro vendors might be interested in building for LSB, because it
will save time & money in the future. There is really no point to build
package twice - one for RedHat another for SUSE, because by building for LSB
it will work on both.
