Yes, 3.2 compliant runtimes will be required to look like 3.0
and 3.1 compliant runtimes, as per the backward compatibility policy
(http://www.linux-foundation.org/en/Application_Compatibility).

So, your 3.1 certified app will continue to run on 3.2 certified
distros. (It will not, however, work on 3.0 certified distros, modulo any
sort of workaround we put in place for non-compliant runtimes as
per earlier message.)
