[lsb-discuss] Tests for libc APIs

Hi,

   I and Munipradeep wrote tests for inet_aton, posix_fallocate,
posix_fadvise, posix_madvise APIs of libc. I have attached corresponding
patch files(lts_li18nux2k.l1-3.1.90.tgz.patch - inet_aton and
lts_vsx-pcts-3.1.90.tgz.patch - posix_fallocate, posix_fadvise,
posix_madvise). I request LSB community to review our patches and reply
to us with the review comments.
