Elva,

You are running on an Itanium processor, thus you should use the IA64 
testkit  lsb-dist-testkit-manager-3.1.1-5.ia64.tar.gz 
<http://ftp.freestandards.org/pub/lsb/bundles/released-3.1.1/dist-testkit/lsb-dist-testkit-manager-3.1.1-5.ia64.tar.gz>
instead of the ia32 (aka 386) testkit.
