It's not a bad idea, and it certainly might solve some problems, but a 
number of people in the closed-source world have problems with 
outsourcing their build.  Some are nervous about sending their code to a 
third-party; for others, they may use proprietary libraries, and sending 
a full dev environment to SuSE for building might violate their license.
