[lsb-discuss] Test cases for string and scheduler related libc APIs

Hi All,

Below is the attachment for some test cases related to string and
scheduler libc APIs.

These are the APIs covered:
atoll, ecvt, gcvt, isblank, iswblank, stpncpy, strcasestr, strdup,
strndup, strnlen, toascii, strtold, strtoll, strtoul, strtoull, memmem,
memrchr, sched_getscheduler, sched_rr_get_interval, sched_setparam, 
sched_setscheduler and sched_yield

Stew, this time I hope I have not made any mistake.
