In theory, this is okay,  the LSB concern is that you
solve the guaranteed availability problem, and providing
the library (privately to your app, so it doesn't go
install in /usr/lib or something) meets that need.

But to be purely LSB compliant, the whole package, including
the supplied libraries, would have to pass the checker, and
we know that needs like Xprint will cause problems there.
