The perl test set are proceed to be executed.

Yes, you do need to install some additional packages. Some distributions
have broken perl up into more sub-packages than others. If you take a
look here:

http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/TestPilot40#Distribution_packages_that_may_be_required_for_successful_testing

There are some hints on package requirements for successful testing.
