[lsb-discuss] Licensing of LSB files in foomatic-filters

I have overtaken some code pieces of the LSB test suite into the 
foomatic-filters package of OpenPrinting (see below). I have assumed 
that all LSB code is free software, but the overtaken code pieces have a 
license header which looks like a commercial license. Can someone have a 
look? Thanks.
