<licquia> so, do we think we need to do some kind of screen
  sharing, or will cut-n-paste to irc do the trick?  there's no
  gui component, fwiw

  in general, i think we all know how to do that and, once all the
  infrastructure changes are done, manually triggering builds in buildbot
  shouldn't be necessary however, i'll go through that process to start

This log looks to have transited through a non Unix client 
<?>, as DOS dirt CR's are in there which give sed indigestion
