src tarballs are either generated out of bzr or pulled from upstream

http://bzr/linuxfoundation.org/lsb

For the most part we use rpm as a build framework.

But...the LSB/database/SDK doesn't support MIPS, so that's a bit of a 
blocker to building everything else.
