OK,

Finally followed through on my promise to create the Test modularization 
proposal (https://wiki.linuxfoundation.org/en/LSBTestModularization) and 
therefore updated our project plan page.

I think this should not be very controversial, but might need more 
details. Please read and ask questions if any, I will add info as needed.

I also created a new wiki entry that attempts to capture our testing 
dilemma and proposes a solution, it's a radical turn, but from my point 
of view the only way we can get off the hamster wheel we're on. Thus 
please read https://wiki.linuxfoundation.org/en/NewDistrTestApproach and 
then moan/groan/complain as you see fit.

Jeff, can we please have this on the agenda for next weeks meeting.
