[lsb-discuss] wiki page for multi-version SDK issues

We talked about some issues during the last call.

I put together a wiki page on this:

in an attempt to get the problems down "on paper" as it were.
Please add comments, bug references (I think most of the
issues are represented by existing issue filings) and proposed
designs working towards solutions.
