[lsb-discuss] LSB SDK 4.1.4 status

During last week, it was decided to push out a release
of the LSB SDK "now" to pick up important bugs, rather
than wait for the next regular date in the cycle (esp. since
there seemed to be some debate over when that date
should be).

The tracker bug for "LSB SDK 4.1.4" is bug 3428,
and after some mucking, there's one remaining blocker
bug attached to it:

2832:  offsetof cannot be evaluated at compile time: not an integral
constant-expression

I'm hoping that bug can receive some attention from someone
to propose a solution, if a solution doesn't look feasible in the
very short term it should be pushed to the next release
(which will be "LSB SDK 4.1.5 - bug 3561").
