Posted Agenda:
=================

 - Status of LSB 5.0: s390/s390x builder status. We should now be ready
for the full beta 2 build.

New business:
=============

Meeting opens at 11:00 with:

 s390 buildslaves are bootstrapped and live as of this AM
 ... there turn out to be build order dependencies which had
to be 'felt through'. It turns out that the build
dependencies are pulled in from local builds, rather than from
packaged content, so those dependencies need to be build from
scratch on each buildslave, rather than being able to build
and distribute dependencies in (packaged) binary form. THis
was not previously an issue, as we did not have muktiple
builders in tandem to distribute build load between peers, but
... . This deficit in the build system should be relieved, to
build by pulling any needed packages, rather than local
buildfruit, but as this has risks, will not be done presently

 Beta 2 is planned for release in two weeks, and should be
feature complete (so, essentially the LSB 5.0 initial external
release), and so a 'last call' could be issued for anything
missing

 Turning to LSB 4 updates, Jeff spent some time making sure
bugs for the next release in the 4 series were filed, and
several were reviewed last week at Bug Triage. This Friday's
session will run long, as it is the Asian Spring Holiday time,
and so there are less conflicts. Others are also invited to
join and assist, starting at 10:00 US ET Friday

Mats mentions that Appbat seems to be building as of four days
ago

Call ends at local 11:40
