Discussion of database rot and missing links

Discussion of the XCB -- missing interfaces or blaot, it is 
not clear

A PNG16 was sighted -- so the addition of PNG15 in LSB 5 may 
be defered, as not a stable interface, in deference to the 
incumbent PNG12

Buildorder for buildbot is having pop-up ordering issues where 
a dependency may need to be specified, so that the weekly 
automated rebuilds occer in an order that does not 'bleeding' 
on the buildbot display
