All of them can be considered failure conditions.  The difference is
that "failed" tests are tests which complete normally, but which report
a failure condition, while "unresolved" and "unreported" tests are tests
which have some kind of problem with the test itself: either it crashes,
or perhaps doesn't even run.

Usually, that means that someone has reported a problem, and we're still
investigating it.  We prioritize reports that are holding up someone's
certification, so if that affects you, let us know.

Looking at that bug, someone else has reported the same problem.
Apparently, the marker in our problem database isn't matching the
problem as it actually shows up in the tests.  I'll need to examine further.

Assuming we can work out that problem, the problem it describes has been
waived, so you shouldn't need to worry about it.
