[Lsb-infrastructure] Next DB refactoring - schedule?

It occurs to me that there's a new database update 
coming up, and I don't know quite when. I'm scheduled
to leave for 11-12 days of holiday starting July 28,
so in terms of integration it would be easier for me 
if the release was either sometime before Friday of
next week, or else not until the week of Augst 6 or
later, so that I don't become a bottleneck by being
unavailable.
